Approved RDM and CR | 449500, 211585

I was trying to join one family when these FIB agents showed up, one in uniform and the other two uc (IDs 449500, 211585). These two uc agents followed me and rammed my car multiple times (CR) and then started shooting at me without any demands (RDM).
