2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?(List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 In The Past I Have Been In Many Orgs HAve Gained Experience And Wanted To Take Term From The Start When I Started Joining State Org, It Was One Of My Dream To Be A Leader Of SAHP/ LSPD, As It Is An honour To Serve As an Sheriff, I am Well Prepared For Being Sheriff. And I Can Lead The Org Well.
2.2 As I Said Before I Have Gained Many Experience In few Years, I Am very Professional In Case Of My Duty, Very Hard Working In Internal Works, Also The Time I Come In City I DO My Duty, I do know how to cope situation good , I feel Nice To Teach My Juniors.
2.3 Also I Have Knowledge About Every Department How They Work, What Can Be Done To Improve Them, And Making Good Inter Org Relations As Well As With Other Legal Organisation, with NG i have seen nobody from sahp ever respond to them but lspd and fib are doing there work too , so i want to fix that thing also. Better Contacts With every ORGs And The Conflicts Within our ORG Matters Also So I Want My Every High command To Be Trained To Handle The Conflicts In Absence Of Me And My Deputies.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1. I will focus on hiring only those who have strong interpersonal skills—people who are calm, polite, and able to build a good rapport with the community.
2. I will ensure that no favouritism is involved— promotion will be Made By HR Team, No Other High Commands Will Have Any Controls Over It, Promotion Ceremony.
3. There will be regular promotion ceremonies, where I will personally oversee the progress and ensure that recognition is given to those who deserve it.
4. Every one or two weeks, depending on the schedule, we will implement a prize pool, rewarding those who show outstanding Performance In The Situations, For Doing Citations, Towing, And Arrests.
5. Doing PR Events From My Own Pocket, But I Want It To Do Daily or atleast 25 days.
