Hello dear admin,
No need to say much thing. He was on the floor. I confiscated his illegal items because he had lockpick set. He can try to lockpick his handcuffs. After that I confiscated his illegal items , however how he start to move? I didnt take him up. It is need to be consider in Fail RP. While we were moving to the cell he also did Mixing+FL.
