2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have noticed recently when being stopped by San Andreas Highway Patrol there isn’t much RP being done in these situations. Due to this I want to take SAHP leadership and bring good RP into Border and Highway patrols and to help train people on how to do good RP in these situations.
- I want to complete a full successful leadership term within SAHP welcoming in new players in the city giving them the training needed to join a state organisation ensuring they have the right training and skills to participate in RP situations. Not only do I want a full term with 0 warnings, I want to host events and have fun within the organisation.
- I have completed 1 full term as LSPD and got disbanded in my second term due to some errors I made. I want to prove myself as a leader by showing off how I have grown as a person and as a leader and prove to myself and everyone else that I will make a great leader and complete a full successful term with great activity.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will ensure Strict Hiring procedures ensure minimum requirements are met and ranks given based on the skills they can show. Anyone with little knowledge will be low rank and must receive training before promoted.
- Strict training will be necessary for all employees before full rank is given to ensure they are able to follow basic rules and engage in RP situations. Only once their skills are proven will High Command ranks be given.
- IA department and tasks will be taken seriously to ensure all employees are remaining professional and completing their required paperwork and maintaining body cam requirements.
- Completing regular highway and border patrols to ensure the safety of the city and showing less experienced people how to carry these out and engage in effective RP.
