The video recording provided to me is only 2 seconds long. According to server rules, for a violation to be clearly assessed, the video must cover the events before and after (usually at least 30-60 seconds). A 2-second clip is technically insufficient to understand the context of the speech, who it was addressed to, and the purpose behind it.
