2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
My experience in the city has provided me with a lot of experience in state organisations. As an Ex-Admin, and with a number of high command roles in a variety of LEO and gang organisations, I feel I am now prepared to take the lead and bring SAHP into a well respected and active organisation. I understand that I have the experience and discipline to have a successful term and develop a well coordinated and strong team.
As an Ex-Admin myself, I know what it takes in keeping order, professionalism and fairness in an organisation. I would like to transfer that standard to SAHP and demonstrate that a state organisation is not only fun but also highly professional.
I have served in high command positions in various LEO organisations and now I desire to have the complete burden of leadership. I would like to lead a clean and successful term and ensure that there is no favouritism, no rank chasers and I would ensure that I seriously work to make SAHP one of the best organisations in the city.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
Have competent heads of department that are aware of the standard that the SAHP will be operated at and have a sense of professionalism when dealing with their own departments and other organisations.
Develop a solid negotiation and tactical team that is able to deal with hostage scenarios and store robberies using proper RP to provide a superior experience to both LEOs and gangs. Periodically hold host border and highway patrols to train units on effective engagement and good RP standards.
Introduce a staff recognition program to improve morale and reward efforts - such as weekly staff events, friendly competitions with prizes and weekly promotion ceremonies so that the org is motivated and active.
