2. Why do you want to be Leader of this organization?
My Vision For FIB
FIB is very big and important organization in state. It handle serious cases and law work. I want be leader because I think I can make it more active and more strong.
I will complete my all the tasks before the deadline or at deadline
I want bring good agents in FIB and make them understand their duty. Many people not know what to do, so I will help them and teach them step by step.
Will Hire Good And Trained Units So they can handle all the situation as FIB Can Lead Any Situation
As leader, I want both professionalism and good RP. I don’t want only rules, I want good roleplay also. I will help members learn RP and improve. If someone do mistake, I will not be rude, I will guide them.
I want make good environment in FIB. No toxicity, no fight inside. Everyone respect each other and work together.
I will do training for members so they become better. I will also give reward to active members so they stay motivated.
I will choose deputies carefully. Only good and experienced people. They will help me manage FIB when I am not online.
I will also maintain proper logs, bodycam records, and organize regular events. My aim is to recruit skilled individuals, train them effectively, and build a strong and disciplined team. I am confident that with my leadership, I will make FIB one of the best organizations in the city.

I plan to introduce one of the best bonus systems within the organization to motivate officers and reward their efforts. If required, I am fully prepared to fund these bonuses personally in case they are not approved by the Attorney General.
