That kid belongs to a Sheriffs Family at Boston. His father was Chief Commander and well known for corruption. When that kid lost to Ben Verstappen, his father offered ben to tell lie to world that he cheated in the archery game, his father forced ben to tell that ben was using an Magnetic Arrow. As Ven Belongs to Verstappen Family, they don't have any kind of demands or hunger for money. So, Kid Ben refuse to tell lies. After that, Sheriff send some sluts and Prostitute at his fathers' Guest house to ruin there pride. After that, The Cops arrested and sealed every business of Mr. Darrel Verstappen. From the day, Ben was thrown from his luxury life. In the Court, Sheriff sent Mr. Darrel Verstappen into the jail with wrong witness and evidences. But Mr. Darrel Verstappen was an Honored Person, he couldn't Tolerate, As a Result he had a suicide attempt in the jail got paralyzed for life time. At the early Life Ben was leading his life as Electrician and then he learn how to drive cars and successfully got the Driver License. First time ben bought a taxi and got tips from the passengers. Besides, Ben was preparing himself from the Los Santos Police Academy and got the degree in LLB. After that he sat for the exam for San Andreas Highway Patrol. Somehow, He bring out himself with the Sheriff Certificate. After that He joined his duty for the first time and saw how cruel the officers are. One day, he went for Highway Patrol with his Colleague David Akatsuki who had hunger for money. During patrolling, Ben was having a bet with David and somehow, he lost but by the words he need to pay 10 grands to David but he didn't have that much money while his salary was 8 grands. Somehow, he managed David to pay him later. What a sudden there were a contraband just loaded at Sandy Airfield and got arrested by David and Ben. Luckily, the container had 100k worth of drugs and cocains. Ben had a plan if he confiscates those then 1 grands will be added to his monthly salary what if he took 10 grands bribe he could manage David. and what if he had partnership of 50 % he might become richest person and can be a Rich again. As a result, he didn't confiscate and let them go without bribes. Instead of going from the place, he started to follow the Contrabands and reached the the Drug Dealer house It was Narcos Mension. Anshul Narcos was the Boss of the Narcos villa. whose Right hand was Rich Roger and Left Hand was Mohammad Devain in the gang.
Career Story :
After the meeting, Narcos Team let him to take the contrabands to get promotions. And Luckily, Ben and David Got promoted first time Head of the HW Department. Ben had a great Knowledge about the Circuits and Driving as a Result Sheriff Zoro Saturo First time promote him in charge of HW Divisions and Contrabands Storage to maintain with high security. After some day, Ben was thinking to Have more positions that is why he went to gov as a temporary DHS Ministry Officer but He can not do that much corruption profit from that post. After that he again came to SAHP and joined as Chief Commander the highest position in HW and IA Department. By this promotion sometime he manage to sell the vacancy with money and sometime he took a massive amount of money from the contraband raids. Within a few Days, Ben Verstappen achieved more properties than his previous life and got married to Mohammad Devains' younger sister Devain Sotaru after that he took his positions at the Federal Investigations Bureau and making the same plan as before but now he can rule over the whole Los santos with the Federal Jurisdictions.
Outcomes:
1- Ben can use illegal weapons off duty
2- Ben can tell the 10-15 that to drop the weapon for personal use and he can also sell in black market
3- Ben while he is off duty he can do illegal activities such as Rob people and kill people in ghetto
4- Ben can take bribe up to (100k)
5- Ben can let suspect go if the suspect is friend or family member
6- Ben can inject the suspects with truth serum to get information (using/try only twice per situation)
