Procedures, radio codes, and report formatting were challenges early on. However, what he lacked in textbook perfection, he made up for in instinct.
During ride along, Resho showed strong situational awareness. He could read body language, anticipate suspect behavior, and stay composed when situations escalated. His Field Training Officer noted that while Resho needed discipline, he had something you couldn’t teach natural street sense.
By the end of his cadet phase, he earned his badge not by being the best on paper, but by proving he could handle reality.
