Hello dear admin,
He was stealing a XA-21. I will get him but there must be had a black magis as you can see in my eyes. I didnt touch him and he didnt touch anywhere. But however me and him flew away and got our engines down. I left my car immediately and took action onto him. I teased him and will arrest but he left the proper RP.
