Hello dear admin,
He broke the laws. "Overspeeding in HW,Driving from opposite line,Chaotic movements between lines,etc." However I checked his name in my PDA and he was from Lifeinvader. He might thought he can get file or something but I will just arrest him. Anyways he left the proper RP when I cuffed his hands.
