I am Aper Power the son of Exo Power I was born in Armenia more specifically in Yerevan I lived with my parents My father was a police officer I studied at school My grades were good When the time came that my father Exo Power was fired from his job and was tried our familys situation deteriorated and we had to move to Los Santos with my mother Gox Power I finished school there and went to work in the police I was always curious about why my father was tried My mother didnt tell me One day I found my fathers body camera in a drawer at home and decided to look I saw how he was corrupt and taking money After that I was hospitalized due to mental problems For a long time the doctor told me that only cocaine and weed would cure me. I started to abuse drugs After that I returned to the police and started working as a corrupt police officer I decided to follow in my fathers footsteps.

I just joined SAHP and started working as a police officer, I started growing and becoming a high-ranking commander and I realized that I could live in corruption because my father, Exo Power, was a corrupt police officer, I decided to follow his path, and because I watched his body camera, I understood all the arts and I realized that in terms of morality I have never done anything bad to a police officer, because I master the craft of work, by doing so I can become the best specialist in this matter and after all this when I increased my position in SAHP police I realized that I can do anything because I have power and when the war between the police and the gangs started in Los Santos, the gangs were taking people away, torturing them, robbing grocery stores and weapons I realized that the best opportunity was to act, not to dream, many gangs were convicted and many gangs escaped from prison and I knew that time was the most suitable moment I started to do corruption and I started to do it more deeply. I became a millionaire, I bought houses, businesses, and without a doubt, no one could guess what I was doing or what I was capable of. Corruption gave me everything to find my way in Los Santos, where I became one of the most powerful and corrupt people.
Outcomes:
1- Aper Power can refuse to show his ID or passport to any civilian or a LEO to save his Identification.
2- Aper Power can lie about providing a lawyer and directly process the 10-15 without reading the miranda rights.
3- Aper Power can take bribes upto 100k for doing jailbreaks (from darknet or pen drives with virus).
