As I stated on the chat game, I do not condone RDM or bad RP.
The situation that was brought up yesterday to your hands was completely out of context and with full malice and intent to harm a new player. I got sent 180 minutes for a report based on Random shooting in city and punching. The person that made this report clearly states that he did not have any knowledge to the interactions that I've had before to this engagement and provides very little details if not no proof of this whole interaction
I was being followed by a bounty 75k for about 15 minutes, all this engagement started at the city where he actually crashed my car and I started following him, them he kept on avoiding me and break checking me where is I decided to stop the chase. The same bounty followed me all the way from Sandy to the the city, where we ended up just in the same parking lot the person that reported me did. I tried to shoot the guy following in defense of the harrasment since I told him to leave me alone, mind you that was not the first time I shot at the guy following for this same reason.
That is when the person that reported me comes into play, aims a gun and tells me to put it on the ground, completely confused on why he is approaching me with a gun, I started shooting at him. I ran out of ammo and started to run around, that is when the "random people" started to shoot at him for approaching out of the blue. He stops aiming at me and that is where and WHY I punched him.
I very unfortunately do not have any recordings of the occurred since apparently my software was not recording at the moment.
I hope all this can clarify why was I "randomly shooting" and why did I "randomly" punch him. As a new player this type of report that end up hurting new players ruins the experience for everyone.
If I have to take the punishment this time I will since I got no recording but I do wish that the staff team would take more time to check on all the reports instead of just giving a punishment without any relevant proof.
