Life Story: Shamsh was born in the violent streets of Virginia. Growing up with his mother and elder brother, he witnessed his mother struggle every single day just to put food on the table after brother was shot dead in a gang shooting right in front of his eyes, police arrived only after the killer got disapeared, this moment changed Shamsh forever, He started hating the system that failed his family
But What truely Broke him inside was his girlfriend Tifa Lockheart, she was close to his heart, love of his life, left him. She ditched him for Sahil Bhai a rich guy from the city, just because he was poor and had no stable job, she told him she was tired of struggling and wanted good life, this betrayal destroyed shamsh from inside and out, from that day he become cold hearted and promised himself that he would never be poor again, he learned that love and loyalty are for the weakest people, real power comes from money and connections.
Career Story: Shamsh joined the National Guard at an age of 23, hoping to get a good life. At first he was an outstanding soldier disciplined, fearless. His superiors quickly promoted him because of his performance during operations.
However, the more time he spent on the streets,the more disgusted he became. He saw politicians and high ranking officers taking bribes while soldiers risked their lives for country, Slowly Shamsh started accepting gifts from criminals to ignore minor crimes It didnt take long before he became fully corrupt, He plays the role of the perfect soldier in front of his fellow soldiers but behind the back he has become one of the corrupt soldiers in the state.
Outcomes:
1. Shamsh can use illegal items like guns/weeds/drugs/Engine Blockers while on and off duty
2. Shamsh can ask the 10-15 for 100k max and to drop the weapons illegal items for personal use
3. Shamsh an break IC law including CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention.
4. Shamsh can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow his demands can be toxic and disrespectful/rude (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
5. Shamsh can help gangs to steal trucks for money upto 100k.
