I was checking around the area of the caravan event and killed in the caravan loading area without being able to call in a caravan yet. They are using snipers to kill people in an event zone. Pic of the caravan being in event section on the phone:

So you can kill a random stranger without any interaction just for standing somewhere? sounds like RDM to me buddy
