I've had a misunderstanding with my good friend in admissions. Please correct this regarding the punishment. What if I'm right?

I was in a situation. I saw a police officer chasing an accused, so to help him I gave the accused two punching. This lethality occurred within an RP situation, so I would like to have it reconsidered.

You can see it. He wrote that he killed him because he was trying to escape from the police officer and that he had proper reason.
