I made in unbann apeal and got a pc check and its was negativ after the unbann apeal got approved i wnat to go ingame but it says my social club is banned

It makes no sense at all that you ban me without doing a PC check or anything like that. I have never hated or don't intend to, so I ask you to lift this ban
