I have attached the link of previous Reviewed Forum. Kindly Refer it before reading this.
First of all there was No Active Situation Going on in that area. Even if it was going on it wasn't going on in my POV maybe due to Black magic or anything else and a person can be unconscious for around 5 minutes during which he can be killed and left there to DIE. I was trying to help him by patching him and looking for medi kits in my car trunk. While I was in my inventory interface these no life Leos surrounded me holding LMGs on a Unarmed Civilians head and without even any demand shot me down when I was trying to leave the area.
Now,
Point 1: How did Admin Hydra Jalagara Knew there was a situation going on when it's clearly visible in my POV that these three ppl with LMGs came running towards me from their HQ side and were not in that location. Maybe the unconscious person was dead for more than 4 mins enough for the situation of his killers to exit the scene.
Point 2 : Secondly the Officer who detained me after killing me without demands doesn't have a corrupt Bio so how can he refuse to be present during my arrest. And read my charges. Moreover how can he search me without my permission when I was not even a hostile personal or wanted by state. He refused to Provide his Bodycam when his colleague (person in black LX570) asked him to provide his Bodycam since I asked for a lawyer. I would like to request Valid bodycam of the Detaining officer and his companions Shift from yesterday during the situation since it hasn't been even 24 hours till now and they are required to have it for a min of 24-48 hours in my knowledge
Point 3 : I do understand I did MG when I asked fam members to help me when I was cuffed but when did I did Mixing as mentioned? Terms I used were, "We can clearly see that in GOV" here GOV means Government i haven't mentioned Abt Gov site, I once said Abt the PG and Fail RP but they were in Non RP chat and used the term CODE B but that's a valid radio command used by state orgs for admin situation. Though in En2 idk why but admin don't show up for Fail RP scenario but would rather keep silencing ppls around the city. I would serve the punishment for MG with my heads down but not about Mixing.
Point 4 : I am told to handle it ICly, But there are only finger countable lawyers in the Government at the moment with Such a brilliant Knowledge Abt the laws that one of them said Since he has a Corrupt Bio on Forums I can't create a lawsuit, which is baseless since its IC lawsuit and Forum is a OOC thing, and Government Isn't providing any Lawyers since the situation, been to Government more than 5 times they don't have lawyers available. And after 48 hours it's very unlikely that my lawsuit would be registered, So should I hope around IC and OOC rather than Enjoying the game due to this these No-life kids behind the screen.
I would like to have a Fair Evaluation of the Situation rather than to get a one sided Favoured Outcome.
