My friend (user ID 245570) logged into my account (ID 244730) to claim a Grand Point reward while I was away, with only 15 minutes left before the reward expired. However, we both received bans, and the money transfer did not go through. We request that our bans be lifted.

The evidence shows that I was playing at the same time as my friend.
