I would like to submit an appeal regarding my ban.
I was banned due to account interaction, which falls under rule GR 1.8. However, I do not have any twink accounts. The account that was considered an alt actually belongs to my cousin. We both recently started playing the game and are still new.
There was only one instance where my cousin logged into my account from his own computer (not from my device). I now understand that this may also be considered a violation of rule GR 1.1.
I learned about these rules and the reason for my ban from a more experienced player, as I was not aware of them before. I did not intend to break any rules.
I sincerely apologize for my mistake and any inconvenience caused. I kindly ask for your understanding and another chance.
