I am writing to you because my complaint was clearly not reviewed properly and was dismissed with a generic response that completely ignores the actual issue again.
This is NOT something that can be resolved IC, and saying that shows the admin did not even understand what happened again.
Let me be very clear:
A SAHP officer (ID 49230) issued me a speeding ticket WITHOUT ANY POV evidence.
When I asked for verification from his higher-ups, Sheriff ID 56609 showed up, barely looked at anything for a second, and immediately backed his officer with no real review. That alone is already questionable.
Then I've escalated it IC, the correct way:
I went to GOV, got representatives, and we all went to SAHP for an official meeting (my POV - someone just needed to look and listen to it).
During that meeting, Sheriff ID 56609 openly stated that officers DO NOT NEED POV for traffic violations.
This is completely false and a direct violation of server rules.
At that point, this is no longer IC, this is rule-breaking and abuse of authority.

On top of that:
SAHP worker refused to show any POV even in an official meeting (FAIL RP)
Sheriff made up his own rules on the spot (G.P. 6.4) + (FAIL RP)
GOV representatives sat in silence and allowed it to happen (FAIL RP)
This is a SERVER RULE rule break (G.P. 6.4) + (FAIL RP), not an IC disagreement.
The admin response telling me to “bring proof that the ticket is wrong” completely misses the point.
I am not required to prove my innocence - the officer is required to have proof when issuing a ticket.
The entire situation was handled in a way that protects rule-breaking behavior instead of addressing it. Again and again and again, and I am being punished for CB, etc etc.
If this is how situations like this are handled, then there is no point in even trying to follow RP procedures.
