2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to be a leader who is different from others and bring new changes in SAHP. My goal is to improve the organization and set a good standard so future leaders can also learn from it and continue improving it. I don’t just want the position, I want to make a real impact.
As a Sheriff, my main focus will be highway safety. Highways are the main place for illegal racing, smuggling, and escape attempts. I will make sure patrols are active and regular, and the team is always ready for quick response. Maintaining law and order in our jurisdiction is our responsibility, and I will make sure we do it properly.
For me, leadership is not about giving orders, it is about guiding and supporting the team. I will train new troopers properly, teach them correct arrest procedures, radio communication, and important laws. I want everyone to understand things clearly so there is no confusion. I will treat everyone equally and build a strong and respectful team.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
I will activate and develop the Detective Department, which will focus on collecting evidence and coordinating with FIB as required.
I will enforce a strict no-toxicity policy to maintain good RolePlay for everyone.
I will organize public events to interact with citizens and show the professionalism of SAHP.
I will introduce bonus systems to motivate officers and improve team spirit.
I will not allow favoritism. Promotions will be based only on activity, discipline, and quality of work.
I will conduct regular training sessions to improve teamwork, decision-making, and coordination.
I will ensure strict law enforcement inside the organization. Anyone breaking rules will be punished fairly, as no one is above the law.
