Dear Curator of the Project,
I am writing to appeal the punishment I received. I fully acknowledge that shooting at the Mall Event was a violation of the rules, and I accept my punishment for that. However, I am filing this complaint against ID 212347 for Misleading Administration and providing incomplete evidence to hide his own severe violations.
Detailed POV & Context:
My evidence shows the full situation which was intentionally omitted by the player:

1. Initial Provocation: The situation began when ID 212347 approached me and mocked my group, saying: "Are these taxi drivers? Khaiba Khaiba" to humiliate us.
2. Harassment: Shortly after, he repeatedly called me a "Noob" to provoke a reaction.
3. Attempt to Resolve: Instead of reacting immediately, I acted maturely and spoke to his friend. I clearly warned them that if the harassment did not stop, I would be forced to file a forum report.
4. Final Disrespect: Instead of backing off, ID 212347 intentionally escalated the situation. He came close to me and sarcastically said "Afak la" (Please no) in a mocking feminine voice. This was the final act of disrespect that led to the escalation.

The Violation of Forum Rules:
By uploading a cut POV that only shows the shooting, ID 212347 violated the rule of "Manipulation of Evidence". He hid the fact that he was the primary aggressor (Provocation). According to forum guidelines, a POV must show the entire situation to be valid.
My Requests:

• I request a review of the full context provided in my video.
• I request that ID 212347 be punished for Misleading Administration and Provocation.
• I request that my admin record be updated to reflect that this was a reaction to extreme provocation, not a random act.

Punishment will be changed to Event Rule 1.1.

However, What happened before the event is not an excuse to break event rules. You could have made a complaint about the player with your own pov if you felt the player had broken any rule.​
