Reason for complaint:
Hello, my complaint against Lia FoXx was strangely rejected by dear Arnold VonRichter, apparently because there is no such thing as self-support?! At least that’s how the rejection of the thread comes across.
From my time as an admin, I know it like this: if I’m pulled into a situation without being in admin mode, I’m not allowed to act as an admin in that situation—whether it’s issuing sanctions, warnings, or resolving the situation. However, Lia FoXx did exactly that in the clip. She gets hit with a poison arrow in the safe zone (GZ), which is an illegal action. She was not on site as an admin but then switched into admin mode to “set the player straight.” And at that point, we clearly have self-support.
Therefore, I’m requesting a re-evaluation of the case, because it can’t be right for admins to insert themselves as civilians and then act on their own. And I’d bet that Lia realized herself that she made a mistake, which is why she didn’t proceed with a sanction.

Rejected - Eigensupport | Lia FoXx | 315991
Beschwerdegrund: EIgensupport von einem Admin. Meines wissens nach hätte sie dies selber melden müssen und nicht auf eigene Hand handeln dürfen da sie ja "Betroffen" war in der Situation. Beweise:
