Reason for complaint:
Here as well, I filed a complaint against Steve Sky because, in my opinion, he did not sanction correctly in this situation.


I will completely leave out the car-ramming on my/our side and instead address the other points that bother me.


The player we were chasing—and repeatedly asked to stop so we could talk—was not punished, despite his car-ramming, fail-RP driving style (“mountain goat”), and powergaming.
Steve stated that he did not hear us, which can of course happen. However, in my clip you can both see and hear me trying to communicate with the fleeing player. He shows little interest and continues driving, even though he is being pressured by multiple cars (powergaming).


In the other clip, it is clearly visible that the player, shortly before, drives onto a kind of ramp without any external influence and flies a considerable distance through the air. This also appears to have been overlooked. But instead, I get jailed for two minor contacts.


Therefore, I request a re-evaluation of the sanctions and ask that the clips be taken into account and compared with Steve’s clip.

After reviewing the administrative POV, car ramming can be identified. The first time, he was pitted up a hill, which is why it was not sanctioned.

Since there were only three of you, you are not allowed to issue a command, as this requires 4 people and 2 vehicles.

If you notice any further rule violations, please report them with a clip in the forum under complaints against players.

Both the administrator and Arnold made the correct decision based on the evidence available to me.
