I am writing this message with deep respect and honestly with a heavy heart.
Five days ago, I went through a PC check process, and during that time, I was kept waiting in-game by an admin named Floki. After that, I received a 2-month ban for cheating. At that moment, I was already very confused and upset, because I knew I had never used any cheats.
Today, when I saw that my ban was turned into a permanent ban, it honestly hit me even harder. I felt like all my effort, time, and memories in GrandRP were suddenly taken away from me.
I have spent more than 4,000 hours on this server. This is not just a number for me — it represents my time, my dedication, and everything I built here. Losing this account feels like losing something I truly care about.
I want to be completely honest with you, because I have nothing to hide. The only thing I used was an illegal redux. I understand that this may be against the rules, and I am not trying to deny that. But I never used cheats, and I would never do something that could destroy everything I worked for.
If I made a mistake by using redux, I am truly sorry and I fully accept responsibility for that. I just ask you, from the bottom of my heart, to please judge my case based on this and not as cheating.
I am not asking for special treatment, only for fairness and one more chance. I am ready to follow every rule strictly and prove that I deserve to continue playing.
Please, do not let 4,000 hours of my life go to waste like this.
