Rejected Unfair Warning and Mute – Name Rule Issue

I am a relatively new player on the server and currently trying to progress by working jobs due to my limited in-game funds. I was not initially aware that having my first and last name entirely in uppercase letters was against the rules.

As soon as I realized this, I attempted to fix the issue and informed the staff about my situation, explaining that I needed some time due to my in-game financial condition. Despite this, I received two warnings in a short period of time, which I believe is disproportionate.

Additionally, when I tried to report this issue through the in-game ticket system, I was muted and warned for spam instead of receiving assistance. My intention was not to spam, but to seek help regarding the situation.

I acknowledge that this was a rule violation, but it was not intentional, and I made efforts to correct it. Therefore, I kindly request that both the warnings and the mute be reviewed and, if possible, removed.
