Firstly, I have no problem providing a longer video as proof if requested.
Secondly, this forum for the senior curator of State.
ID (117476) committed GR 6.4 by provoking the LSPD first, then proceeding to commit:
P.C. 3.5.2 Obstruction of an Officer or Civil Servant
P.C. 3.8.1 Trespassing
P.C. 2.26 Insubordination / Failure to Comply
The key point here is that he has “first-person immunity", which he is clearly abusing (power abuse). This is very obvious.
There is no logical reason for a high-ranking government official, who is supposed to be fully aware of the law especially someone like (DCJ | Mayank Federal 117476) to behave this way. I don’t see any valid backstory or biography that would justify breaking the law or roleplaying corruption by provoking the LSPD, then screaming and crying things like: I have first-person immunity.
Furthermore, I believe his actions are intended to provoke the LSPD organization in order to force mistakes from their side. In my opinion, this constitutes targeting the LSPD as an organization.
