Rejected Ban Appeal – Account ID 63076

Hello Admin Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to appeal a ban on my account (ID: 63076), which shows a ban date of 24.10.2024 with the reason listed as “cheats” issued by floki_vilgerorson (Thread: 848323).
I would like to respectfully clarify that I have never used any kind of cheats, mods, or unfair software while playing. I always try to follow the server rules and maintain fair gameplay.

On the day this happened, I had been actively playing for around 2 hours without any issues. Suddenly, my internet connection went down. When I reconnected and logged back into the game, I found that my account had been banned. This came as a complete surprise to me.

I genuinely do not understand how this ban was triggered. It may have been a mistake, a false detection, or possibly related to the sudden disconnection.
I am fully willing to cooperate with any investigation. You can perform a PC check or review logs from my session I am confident that no cheating activity will be found.
I kindly request you to review my case once again. I value the server and the time I’ve spent playing here, and I would really appreciate another chance.
