Hey Lebron, I reported this guy because he is banned in en2 for disrespecting you, but I wasn't able to find a ss of his ban, But you can check from his Rockstar acc or en3/en2 id other everything I have explained already in the other forum

No match between the IDs provided, if you are filling such complaints, provide details and evidence against them and as the admin has mentioned, we have procedures that are taken so fill a complaint on EN2 asking their project blacklist as there are proper procedures that must be done!
