Hello,

I was on patrol with my colleagues when we encountered a suspect who was provoking us and opening fire at us. He was also with another individual who was stealing a vehicle.


We managed to detain the suspect after he was injured and bleeding. After I shot him and caused him to start bleeding, I attempted to take him to the patrol vehicle. However, another individual suddenly arrived, killed the detained suspect, and then left the city.


I suspect there may have been external communication between them, but I am not fully certain.


My complaint is against the person who killed the detained suspect for:
RDM + G.R 6.2 + G.R 6.13
