Rejected Banned for stealing three weapons

I tried to talk with the Serbian server but they don't give a damn I belive they don't even read it so I need help here
I got banned for stealing 3 weapons max worth 50k which I can work off or pay back but I got banned for 10 years
After 2 years I tried to make an unban appeal but the admin rejected it and didn't even gave a reason
It was 2 years ago also only 50k worth of stuff I would like a second chance but my last unban appeal was rejected on RS server by Nixa

I was guilty for sure but 2 years for a 50k it's just sanity.. I would like a second chance and I would like to come back on the server... I mean on the Serbian server


Also I know I can't post this here I mean I'm not supposed to but what can I do when on the Serbian server admins won't even help me resolve this?
