1. Leader of LSPD (Los Santos Police Department)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I have been in the city for more than three years, and during this time I have spent most of my time in state organizations such as GOV, FIB, and LSPD. Over the years, I developed a strong passion for LSPD its purpose, and the impact it has on the city. I have successfully done two terms as Deputy Chief of Police. and 1 term as Chief of Police, and through those experiences I gained leadership skills, built strong relationships, and contributed to the department’s growth. I am motivated to return and do two more terms, continuing the legacy. I held before

Secondly, I consider myself both disciplined and approachable. These qualifications make me to lead better while maintaining strong communication with both officers and civilians. I believe a leader in LSPD must not only enforce the law but also understand the concerns of the people. My ability to listen and adapt.

Finally, LSPD is the foundation of safety and order within Los Santos. It plays a crucial role in protecting citizens and maintaining peace across the state. As a leader, my goal is to make sure that the department continues to serve the public with integrity, fairness, and professionalism, so that every citizen feels safe

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
If I get granted the Leadership of LSPD I will improve the roleplay of the ORG in a few main ways. These improvements will include:
- Extensive training of a plethora of scenarios that we as LEOs may face, this will be to ensure each agent knows what to expect and can perform under pressure to get it absolutely correct.
- I will make improvements to the standards of professionalism within the High Command structure by seeing to the fact that all High Command agents offer punishments in a fair and just way, maintaining the fact that all High Command will be impartial when it comes to their friends.
- We as the LSPD will actively liaison with the other State Organisations to conduct operations such as Border Patrols and Ghetto Patrols. We will keep up to date with all Leaders and Deputies to maintain a good working relationship with the other State Organisations, keeping an eye on any toxicity.
