2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
LSPD as Central Police: LSPD is considered as the Central Police for whole City.Performing most needed actions against crime and keeping the city pure.Tremendous efforts are required from such organisation to keep running the city crime proof.I do possess such skills to make this org performing its job at its best.
My dedication for LEOs: Since I have started playing this game. I have spent most of my time in LEOs. I love the way they work,communicate and progress through and their task handling skills. I always loved to work from state side. I feel that i have that leadership skills required to lead LSPD. I like the police and love to defend people's rights so that injustice does not prevail in society. I love to work more than just saying a lot.
LSPD's Leadership demand: LSPD has been going through tough times for some past terms. LSPD need an experienced leadership right now which can lift it from this hard times. I served two terms as SAHP Sheriff. SAHP have almost the same task as LSPD. I even passed Admin interview and believe that i have those capabilities to server my time in LSPD. I made mistakes in my SAHP term and learned from them and its my time to show citizens of Los Santos that what an experienced leadership can do to an organisation who has been going through some rough times from past terms.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Proper Training & Hiring Procedure: I will ensure that every single interview gets recorded and every new units gets high quality of training so they follow RP and dont break it.
Departments proper Tasks: I will ensure that every department is performing their task well and are giving their best. If every department will perform its task properly we can bring a huge change in LSPD. LSPD requires a great Traffic Department staff and i would fulfill that need by not only making one department best but making all the departments do their best and help each other to make achieve great results in less time
Regular Bonus: I will give regular Bonus to the LSPD officers and higher bonus for the hard working officers.I will arrange bonus from my own pocket to make a positive environment in the organisation. Now a days for earning money citizens of Los Santos consider other options over Law Enforcement organisations because they were not been giving enough bonus and have failed to be the best option for citizens for earning money. The solution to this issue is that the Chief need to be nice,kind and the one who cares about their staff.
