Angell MogeBlack was born on the west coast of the United States and grew up in a rough neighborhood where survival meant adapting quickly. Raised by a single mother who worked multiple jobs, Angell spent most of his early years on the streets, learning how to read people and situations better than most adults. He fell into the wrong crowd during his teenage years, getting involved in small-time crimes like street racing, boosting cars, and running errands for local gangs.
Despite his lifestyle, Angell was always sharp and calculated. He never got caught, which only boosted his confidence. As he grew older, he realized the streets had limits, and he wanted more control over his life. At 24, he decided to turn things around and joined the police academy. His natural instincts, discipline, and street knowledge helped him excel quickly.

However, over time, and now with classified status the same street instincts that once helped him succeed began to influence his decisions. He started seeing opportunities where others saw rules.
Angell realized that his position gave him power. Power to bend situations, make deals, and benefit from both sides of the law. Slowly, he began walking a fine line between duty and personal gain. While he still performs his role effectively, the temptation of easy money and control is becoming harder for him to ignore.
