Hello Admin Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I discovered today that my account got banned by the anti cheat (#1010) , with the ban date listed as August 24, 2024. However, I had actually stopped playing the game for about a year to a year and a half, and only returned around a month ago.

I’m not sure what caused the ban, but I want to clarify that I have not used any cheats or unfair tools. The only thing I use is a VPN (WARP) because I experience connection loss without it. If this may have triggered the system, I sincerely apologize.

I am fully willing to cooperate with any checks including a full PC check or any verification process you require.

I genuinely enjoy the game and just want to return and play with my friends again.
