Rejected Ban for cheats I Babi Ruthless

Hello sir, I have never used cheats. I was banned for cheating while I was just playing Arena. No admin asked me to join for a PC check or anything like that. I was simply playing Arena, then I turned off my PC. After that, I downloaded Redux just to check whether it was working or not. When I logged into the game, it showed that I was banned for cheats
And Lebron Pluxury, sir, replied that my account is not banned, but on my side, when I log into the game, it shows that I am banned for cheats Here My pov
