The following is the format for Leader Rule 1.9 OOC Event

Date and time of the event: 7.05.2026 (20:00 IC Time roughly )
The organisation that is conducting the event: LSPD
The event scenario must be detailed and include the whole event:
Stage 1 - Getting to your base:
LEO's and Gangs will both spawn at Fort Zancudo. They will then be told about a gang and a LEO informant who is willing to share key information if they can be taken to safety. Both sides will have 5 minutes to form a plan, the aim is simple, collect the other teams informant and extract them to safety. The units will have to devise a plan on how to separate their units to defend their informant whilst attacking the enemies to capture their informant. There will be 4 cars each to get to locate their informant, for LEOs and Gangs this will be at ONE OF the HQ's, this is something the units will have to search for to start.
Stage 2:
Once they have found the informant the teams must formulate a plan to defend their informant and fight to steal their enemy's informant. The aim at this stage is to ultimately get the opposing teams informant and extract them. To do this teams must defend their informant whilst tactically sending teams to attack the opposing team and collect the opposing informant through any means necessary, fighting etc.
Stage 3:
Once the informant has been successfully captured from either side, they must then safely transport the informant back to Fort Zancudo, where they will find a Titan aircraft. They need to get the informant on this aircraft with their team and safely fly the informant to the aircraft carrier, where the informant will then be safe and able to share his key information.
Stage 4: The opposing team who doesnt capture the informant will have one last chance to fight. There will be boats at the docks which the opposing team can use as a one last push to the aircraft carrier to try and defend their informant. Ultimately, the last team with the informant on the aircraft carrier shall win the key information and win the event

Why this event: This event mixes together multiple stages, tactical thinking and a search operation at the start, moving onto key defending and attacking skills, which all organisations should be good at. Driving skills and shooting skills it mixes a broad range of skills needed to succeed

Role of Each Organisation Involved: LEO's vs Gangs, the role is to just form a team and try to capture the informant

Other organisations involved: All organisations

Vehicles/weapons needed: 8 Cars, boats and a Titan aircraft. Weapons can also be provided.

Admin Requirements: Help set up the event by spawning in cars, boats and aircraft. Helping collect units from each organisation

Rules of the event: No team killing, you must work as a team. No sabotage, you can't purposefully give away your informant.
How is the event won? Be the last team with the opposing team's informant on the aircraft carrier

Prize for the winner: $500,000 shared between remaining winners
