i want to appeal the “lack of trust” status.
It has been around two years since this was put in place, and during that time I’ve made a consistent effort to grow.
I understand that trust is built over time, and I fully accept the reasons that may have led to this status initially.
However, I feel that my actions over the past two years demonstrate meaningful progress. I’ve also noticed that people in similar situations have been given the opportunity to appeal and successfully, which encouraged me to reach out. I’m genuinely interested in contributing at a higher level, including leadership opportunities. I would really appreciate it if my status could be reconsidered again.
