He made sure to get assigned to the motor pool and armory supply, managing vehicle parts and weapons stock. It didn't take long to realize how easy it was to write off a crate of Kevlar or a few rifles as "defective" or "missing." He started making quiet deals, selling surplus gear to local street crews. Now, he's fully playing both sides. To his commanding officers, he’s the reliable guy who keeps the base running smoothly.
