i would suggest admin if he Give POV and prove his self good then its fare otherwise the fare decision will be if u give him punishment for deciving admin as you can see he have guns in his hand and when he left from there he was also getting shots which mean he was doing fight when he got it he cant win so he kept his gun and go into his car and try to mislead admin which is deciving admin i will open ticket by my self
