2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I can bring a wealth of knowledge on effective organization management. With experience in various LEO organizations as i was High Command in LSPD, FIB and SAHP and also i know how thing works and I aim to maintain the organization's well-established standards. For me, leadership isn't about wielding power; it's a responsibility to make decisions that benefit the organization. I have comprehensive plans for LSPD, Introducing new Promotion Criteria, and Bonus System. Quality recruitment will be prioritized over quantity, with a focus on active participation in events like Store robberies, Aircraft Carrier operations, Submissions, Informant tasks, and Vehicle Escorts.

Selecting the right individuals for specific roles is crucial for the organization's seamless operation. I am committed to ensuring that High Command positions are given to those who are not only qualified and hardworking but also possess a deep understanding of the organization's workings. It's about appointing individuals who can adeptly manage organizational challenges and, most importantly, I prioritize time and effort over individuals who might be inclined to flaunt their position or misuse their High Command powers. The goal is to build a leadership team characterized by competence, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the organization's success.

I'm committed to ensuring my officers are well taken care of by implementing a solid bonus system, guaranteeing they are not just well-paid but consistently motivated. Beyond financial rewards, I recognize the importance of keeping things engaging. That's why I plan to organize internal events to prevent any boredom, fostering a positive and dynamic work environment. It's not just about the paycheck; it's about creating a workplace where officers feel valued, motivated, and genuinely excited to be part of the team.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. Communication :-
Active Use of Radio ALL THE TIME so that Important Information can be transmitted through Radio. This will benefit the org during store robberies and global situations. Communication is an important factor during events as its a key towards success.

2. Toxicity / Internal Conflicts :-
As i have seen a lot of time a lot of people fight internally for nothing. It create conflicts between other members of the org so i will handle those kinds of situation personally or it will be handle by Deputy.

3. Inter organization relationship :-
For a Legal org, to run perfectly it needs to have a good relationship with other organizations. I will make sure that LSPD is having a good relationship with all the Legal orgs so we can help them, when they need help and in return they will help us which will help improve the RP Elements.
