My term was disbanded on 16.04.2026 and i was even blacklisted, one of the curators gave me the reason for the disband as favoritism, low activity, deceiving admin and in-org conflicts. And the reason for Leader bl when asked to Moe he just replied "same reasons". I accept there was in-org conflicts but only twice one was solved which was among Byron and Bob, another one was between Byron and Andrew which was solved on the same day of disband. And about my leadership, Bringing to your kind notice that these wasn't my first time as a leader, I also lead the 45th term of National guards for 21 days with 0 punishment and 1 was received on the 21th day and it was disbanded by Zaid pluxury who was the senior of state after respected tyrell stating that you guys are trying to get numbers at night but the numbers aren't acceptable and I didn't even get LR 1.1 for the disband. I didn't argue on the decision, There was a reason for the low numbers at night, due to some misunderstanding both of my deputies stepped down and i had to manage the organization alone i was trying to fix it but before that Zaid took the decision. Iam still grateful to Ganesh for supporting me so much.
And i also got an offer for a temporary term by Steve in-between if i wasn't good at leadership why would they look up to me ?. Well thats all i had to tell about me rest is upto your perspective.
Coming onto the second term, Many people questioned me why again NG, yes i could have easily got other organizations but, Until when will National Guard be aside of all other organizations. I just wanted make NG one among other organization, Make people get attracted to it like other organization, i had planned many things for the term as well as the people and i had no clue it would end like that. People took 2 terms of LSPD, SAHP, FIB but why not NG because they know People won't come to NG so easily. I was just a guy who wanted to go other way, Try to make it active.
Let me justify all the reasons given by Curators and rest the decision is upto you:
1) Favoritism: Coming to favoritism, All head of departments, DHOD were the same as the previous term (49th term) all had valid rank proofs there was 1 change in MP department i replaced kaal with Minaz who still had proofs of HOD of MP(2 terms) and coming to Field marshal it was Bob captain (current general with previous rankproof), Mafia scar (MG, there was no fm in my last term so he was at rank 28 before) and John marshal (previous rankproofs), and in my Lt colonel rank few were having NG proofs and few where hcs in other law enforcement organizations (except gov). And on addition no ranks were given without previous valid rank proof. few things i heard that favoritism was done by involving in the MP cases. I involved in only 1 casefile and i just gave a suggestion i didnt order or requested to stick with it. and few also said i suspended Dhruv for no reason to say on that Mr dhruv had 3-7 min of duty. And it is stated in the law leader can suspended the unit for an investigation i did the same i suspended him and informed my DA to look into it. That is all i have about favoritism.
2)Low Activity: I accept i had only 4-5 units on-duty during 10:00-14:00, But also had 14-18 during 14:00-21:00 and 6-7 from 21:00-00:00 which were the same as the last term. I never got a single complaint from curators nor got asked by admins in the ooc radio that why NG is not attending particular event. I got asked by austin (curator) once that why do you have low numbers in the morning i told him we are fixing it and we had done it already. I really don't know how was the term inactive or low active.
3)deceiving admin: On this curators told me that you deceived us by keeping 20 suspended units to show numbers, Wait a minute they could have raised it in the curator leader meeting, not even a single report was made before disband, I had a reason to keep them Firstly i texted(dm) then on the 8th day of the term there were 25 suspended it got reduced to 20 because they responded and got hired and i even had a fear of LR 1.7. I had no intentions to keep them and increase my numbers at the end of the day all that matters is how many are active and attending events and how many numbers do you have at events, i had double digits in each events at the peak time of the server.
4)In-Org conflicts: I am sure there are few little conflicts between units in all organizations and its common if iam not wrong but i accept i had 2 big ones and it was solved before the disband. And if i had and didnt knew iam really sorry.
Among all the above reasons the only thing i was warned of is favoritism, I have given my justification on it and the records are still there. And the rest three reasons surprised me on the 14th day. And the one thing hurt me the most is Low activity. The proofs of low activity is attached below few are from my first term and rest are from the low activity term as they said.
I have kept all the things i had in this thread and all that i could request for is to give me a last and final chance to be a good leader and i promise you that i wound't disappoint you this time.
