2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to be Leader of Los Santos Police Department as I Have experience of High Command at LSPD, FIB, and SAHP, so I already know how things work. I Want to take the leader responsibility to make decision for the Org as I have new ideas for LSPD to make it Best Org in the Server
As a Leader i want to make sure the Org run smoothly by picking the right people for the right job. I will make sure High Command is Selected only by their Experience and Activity who care about the team, not people who just want power.
I want to make sure my team is happy and excited to work. By giving them well and deserving bonus and not just to pay for their living but to keep them Motivated and Hosting regular Promotion Ceremony for the Hardworking officer and Acknowledge their Work so they don't feel Bored by their Regular duties
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Better Radio Communication: Everyone needs to use the radio properly and often. When we share information clearly during robberies or big chases, the whole situation feels more realistic and successful.
Internal Conflicts: Internal drama ruins the fun for everyone. I will step in personally to stop arguments between members so we can keep the focus on professional teamwork instead of personal beef.
Inter Org relation: We need to be on good terms with the other legal groups in the city. If we help them out and stay friendly, it makes the gameplay better for everyone and creates much better stories for the whole server.
