Dear Administration, a few minutes ago i got banned for 6.23 or Bug abuse. I was normally playing informal where have i killed a guy with 1 bullet and it was thru a vent. On many servers shooting thru a vent isnt bug abuse and i sometimes forget that. I am really sorry for the mistake i did. I hope u can reduce my ban or remove it fully.
