The organization that is conducting the event: FIB
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: (Event cannot be a common event, it needs to be special)
FIB have been monitoring social media and come across a suspicious post uploaded from Cayo Perico. In the post, gang members are posing next to a plane along with what looks like a highly dangerous amount of Poison Darts in which affect ones nervous system when exposed to it. They make an Ingrand captioned “LS here we come.” Life Invader quickly pick this up and flag it as a potential threat, pushing it out as breaking news. FIB begin tracking the situation and alert all LEO agencies about a possible incoming aircraft heading toward LSIA. Not long after, radar confirms a plane on approach with no proper clearance. The gangs take off from Cayo Perico and land at LSIA, heading straight for the Pegasus hangar where vehicles are already set up for them. Their goal is to grab the cars and get out of the airport as quickly as possible. LEOs and FIB must respond fast and storm the hangar to stop the gangs before they leave LSIA. If the gangs manage to escape, it turns into a pursuit across the city with the Capitol building as their destination. If gangs make it to the Capitol, they will attempt to assassinate two people by hitting them with poisonous darts:
FIB:
* Pick up and investigate the initial threat
* Lead the response at LSIA
* Help storm the Pegasus hangar
* Assist in pursuit and Capitol defense
* Focus on protecting the Governor and SCJ
LSPD/SAHP:
* Respond to LSIA and lock down exits
* Try to stop gangs leaving the airport
* Join the pursuit if gang's escape
* Set up at the Capitol and defend key areas
* Support protection of the Governor and SCJ
Government:
* Keep the Governor protected at all times
* Lock down the Capitol once the threat is confirmed
* Work with LEOs on security and movement inside the building
Life Invader:
* Broadcast the Cayo Perico post and raise awareness
* Report on the incoming plane and LSIA landing
* Cover the chase and Capitol situation live
* Keep the city updated throughout the event
Gangs:
* Start at Cayo Perico taking photos with the plane and the "Poison Darts"
* Fly into LSIA and land at Pegasus hangar
* Grab vehicles and attempt to leave the airport
* Head to the Capitol if successful
* Take both the SCJ and Governor Hostage
* Hold both locations for 5 minutes
* Poison them with the darts in which will immediately cause a very severe reaction
* Kill the SCJ and Governor to win
Governor & SCJ:
* Stay alive for the duration of the event
* Follow RP inside the Capitol during lockdown
* Move with protection if needed

EMS can be on standby and respond after scenes are secured to treat injured players.
Admin Requirements:
* Spectate all stages (Cayo Perico, LSIA, Capitol)
* Make sure the hangar fight is fair before any pursuit starts
* Manage timing hostage holding to be 5 minutes
* Remove green zones inside the Capitol for the event
* Ensure all orgs are actively involved
How is the event won?:
Gangs: Capture the Governor and SCJ, and hold them hostage for 5 minutes and then eject highly dangerous chemicals/poison into their bodies
LEOs/Government: Stop the gangs and keep both the SCJ and Governor alive
Prize for the winner:
Gangs: $1M split between participants if they succeed
LEOs: $1M prize pool split between attending LEOs if they stop the attack
