Rejected Player with ID 488308 is ruins my game.

I was normally playing and come out from bank and from nowhere player wşth ID 488308 come and starts to hit my car, and he did it for long time, the POV is last minuts of that. I have warned him saying ''I will report you'' but he keeps doing it. Please do something so he can't do it to some other players. It is really annoying.
