Hello dear admin,
I got the wanted person who "Siyabend Fedorov". I know his car and his lookage from his clothes. I was moving the PDA signal area as you can see. Then I found him like 100-150m far away from mark location. Then I demand him to leave but he didnt respond. I took fast action and broke his car window and teased him down. And he just said me "What are you doing?". xD. Anyways he left the proper RP.
