2.1 although my ID can be seen pretty low but i have a good amount of experience i feel confident in my ability to lead a gang and take it to next level and through this journey i have developed a solid understanding of how organizations operate. I now feel confident in my ability to lead a gang and take it to the next level.

I’ve noticed that many new members in organizations are often not properly guided on how to participate in gang activities. As a leader, I want to change that i will focus on training and supporting new comers so they feel confident and capable within the organization.

My goal is to turn this organization into one of the most dangerous and respected gangs in the city. i will work hard with my team to ensure we dominate in events, grow strong internally, and build a reputation that stands out across the server.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

Bonuses for activity: implementing a bonus system to reward active members will encourage more participation and loyalty, which in turn will increase overall gang activity and success.

Hiring More People: Recruiting members from diverse backgrounds and other families will increase the roleplay diversity and bring in fresh perspectives, enhancing the gang’s overall engagement. This is one of my plans cuz I'm fluent in many languages like English, Turkish, Arabic and many more...
