Arean had arrived at the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) with the reputation of a prodigy his rise through the ranks was meteoric with his discipline and technical mastery of the law soon landing him a position as a High Ranking Commander his teammates called him the gold standard of policing he was a specialist who knew every protocol every code every tactical manoeuvre but beneath the gleaming badge a sleeping legacy was waking.
As Arean was rummaging through the private archives of his family he discovered encrypted cloud storage belonging to his father It had hours of restricted body cam footage he saw that his father was no ordinary businessman he was a maestro of systemic corruption who held sway over both sides of the law Arean watched these training tapes and mastered the art of the craft he learned how to work a crime scene how to get around internal audits and how to maintain a perfect moral front while working in the shadows Arean has its own code Professionalism is the best camouflage he never turned on a fellow officer or destroyed a colleague he made himself untouchable by being the most efficient and helpful specialist in the department the man who solves the most cases is not investigated his technical perfection gave him the licence to begin his corrupt voyage without suspicion.

From vengeful orphan to silent tycoon via deep rooted corruption that was the story of Arean he started to clean his dirty earnings via his family’s old business connections acquiring luxury real estate and underground businesses in the halls of the SAHP he is a respected Commander on the streets of Los Santos he is one of the most powerful and invisible forces of the criminal underworld he doesn't just enforce the law he owns the loopholes.

1. Arean can refuse to show his ID or passport to any civilian or a LEO to save his Identification.
2. Arean can lie about providing a lawyer and directly process the 10-15 without reading the miranda rights.
3. Arean can take bribes upto 100k for doing jailbreaks (from darknet or pen drives with virus).
4. Arean can enter ghetto with his family only while off-duty and kill or rob people (not LEOs) because of his experience as a gangster.
5. Arean can drive vehicles on offroad or rough terrain (not UB driving) because of his good driving skills. (not with LEOs)
6. Arean can detain people on fake charges with proper RP and can demand for money (upto 100k) or legal/illegal ammunitions found on the person. (No Force RP)
7. Arean can sell illegal items while off-duty in the black market.
